My favorite myo-inositol powder bag. A very subtle sweet taste that lasts me well over a few months. Compared to the pill form, this is a steal. I notice that my energy is up during the day and it keeps my testosterone levels at bay.

Fantastic stuff! I like that it's loose powder so I can control how much I take. I first got this to help with PCOS symptoms, but never really noticed anything for it so stopped. Decided to try it again since I still had a lot left and when looking for a dose to try, saw that it could be used for anxiety/stress/depression. It intrigued me bc I was going through a lot of stress at that time so decided to give it a try at the doses I saw suggested. 10-14g. 1tsp for me is about 5-6g so I've been doing 1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp after dinner and lemme tell you... IT WORKS. I didn't realize it at first until the next day when it finally dawned on me that I just wasn't freaking out about the thing that was causing me A LOT of anxiety/stress before. I was close to having panic attacks just thinking about this certain thing and then after taking the inositol... it just isn't bothering me at all anymore. I wish I had known about this before. You do have to be careful with higher doses bc it can cause some diarrhea, but honestly... worth it to finally not have crippling anxiety anymore. I just mix with a little bit of water and gulp it. Taste is sweet. No weird after taste or anything. Maybe a little grainy if I don't dissolve it better, but not a big deal.

The price is so wonderful. The formula is high quality! This is one of the best inositol powders I have found. I absolutely love it. It's made huge improvements on my facial hair, energy and regulating my hormones. No flavor, desovles nicely with my hot green tea and honey each night.

Love taking this for my PCOS. It’s helped my acne a lot and helps somewhat with my energy. I took capsules before this and it was kinda of a pain to be taking so many to get the recommended amount so I switched to this kind and it’s much easier to take. I just put it either in my water or protein shake in the morning and I’m done. There is no taste or smell to this. I like the price as most other brands are more expensive. I got the biggest bag so it was a little more expensive but still worth it for the price. I’ve had no bad side effects. I would recommend this for anyone with PCOS to try. I’ve been taking it for about a month now so still need to give it a minimum of 3 months for it to really do work in your body but it the same for any vitamin and consistency is key for anything natural you take. This is not a quick fix but it will help if you give it time. I love it and will continue to take it.

Always great quality supplements. Unfortunately it just didn’t give results as I was hoping. Taken for 6+ months for suspected PCOS, but I think my issues are stimming more from my gallbladder removal 20 years ago. Destroyed my gut health and caused significant weight gain and hair loss despite excercise, diet change, numerous doctors and even a gastric sleeve procedure. If I could go back I would’ve religiously taken Chanca Piedra instead of having it removed. Just putting this out there in case you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS and had your gallbladder removed and nothing is working.

I spent a lot of time searching for something that could work as a more natural option to support ovulation and overall fertility health. I definitely plan on starting it again and being more consistent with it. Based on the changes I noticed while using it, I feel like if I had continued, I would have been able to see the full results.
