The vibrating function stopped working and it has not even been 30 days! And lights were also going out so I recharged it and waiting to test if the unit still works but just not vibrate. And Amazon has changed some options so can only chat with AI which goes round and round and doesn't let me contact seller. Edit: The seller contacted me to send me a replacement which shows they really care about and stand behind their product, which gives people like me confidence to recommend to others and purchase again as I could have genuinely received a lemon. With that said, the product did help me while I was using it and that's exactly I didn't want to return but rather get a replacement and really hope this will last longer. My skin did feel smoother after using 10-15 minutes daily. I tried different lights, sometimes red, sometimes green, blue and yellow. Not sure exactly which light will do what but also reason for switching the lights is that there's no option to turn off the heat with the red lights and sometimes it can feel too hot on the skin. But I can see that acne did start diminishing. So only suggestion is to have a way to turn off the heat and also a way to turn the vibrating mode on/off. Waiting to get the replacement and will update my review if the new unit works great.

It does warm up and you do end up spending some minutes pushing it around your face so sort of your own massage. It doesn’t “massage” you; just vibrates. But the design shape does glide around your face easily. The color claims are pretty far fetched according to my AI inquiries except for red. No wrinkles will erase. But it does give me a few minutes of self care, self-compassion so I will keep for that reason.
