Hi can this be used on a log burning stove?

Hi, I’m not sure as I only use it on the gas stove. I have a log burner also and all I used to put on that was cast iron kettles or saucepans. I personally wouldn’t put this kettle on top of my log burner as the metal they are made off I don’t think would handle the heat of the log burner. I hope that helps. 👍

Where is this kettle made?

I am not sure but I returned it as it was really poor quality would not recommend

The kettle looks lovely and will definitely ensure you look middle class to you friends and family. However if you want a cup of tea in a hurry you may have to pop down to your nearest Costa because it takes an age to boil.

Do you have to clean this kettle with Brasso?

This is just a light weight kettle - but a very lovely item. I think brasso would be very harsh on this. I use good old washing up liquid and it still looks good as new.
