I have MGD and got sick and tired of using a microwavable Bruder eye mask. In an attempt to make the Bruder mask stay hot for a longer amount of time, I ended up burning my eye area multiple times. I decided it was time to remove the possibility for human error and try a cordless version, even though I've been told moist heat is the best over and over. I was skeptical, but I'm pleasantly surprised! The lowest heat option is gentle but still very effective in soothing my eyes. The mask is very soft and I love that it's removable and washable, even though I use disposable eye covers. I plan on lightly misting the eye cover with water to see if that creates a moist heat effect. I also like that when I use it during the daytime, it blocks out the sunlight and helps me rest better. So far, so good. I love having an easier to use mask that stays an even, consistent warmth. I'm more likely to treat my eyes now.

I have had dry eyes forever. I thought it was allergy related for the most part. I had cataract surgery last year and used eye drops during recovery. The drops nor compresses did little for my dry eyes. A couple of months later, I watched a YT video explaining the possibility of blocked ducts causing dry eyes so I decided to give the mask a try. After 2 weeks the moisture levels began to increase to moisten my eyes. After 9 month of use several times a week, I find the mask very comfortable and rechargeable feature is great. The adjustable temperature and time controls allow for more flexibility in use. I now look forward to the “spa” time on a regular basis and most of all, reduced eye itching! I recommend, no complaints.

Soft, no pressure on the eyes. Temperature selection is wonderful. Has helped relieve my dry eyes.

My wife and I both use these masks and we REALLY like them. Even at the max temperature the masks feel comfortable and we both believe that each 15-minute session yields beneficial results. The set-up is simple. No more heated wet compresses for us ...

Updated review: When I first received this product, it didn’t work as intended. I left a one star review and explained my issues. Customer service reached out and offered a free replacement without me having to do anything. The replacement works like a dream. Not only is this company’s customer service top notch, the product is great. It heats evenly, the timer works well, and it’s so comfortable. Highly recommend!

heating element is near top of mask so there is a gadient of heat from there through the mask, not uniform heat in mask

After 3 months (did not use it every day) battery stopped charging. Not worth the money. Update: customer service replaced the eye mask. Thank you

Mask was as described by seller. Very comfortable and soft. Heats up fairly quickly and gives you four options for temperature and four options for run-time. One thing I noticed is there is no indicator (beep, tone, etc.) to let you know the mask has reached the desired run-time and shut off. Eventually when you notice the mask cooling down you realize it has shut off, but there is a bit of lag time involved. Would have preferred some type of audible signal letting you know when the mask has shut off as opposed to having to use the timer on my phone or just waiting until I can sense it is cooling down.
