Why is my DrivePro Body 40 battery draining faster than expected, and how can I improve its performance?

To optimize battery efficiency, please update to Firmware v1.5 or later. You can upgrade via the DrivePro Body App on your phone or use the DrivePro Body Toolbox (Tools > Firmware Upgrade) on your computer.

Why can't the mobile phone connect to the DrivePro Body (DPB) with a Type-C interface using the USB-C to C cable?

If your phone can't detect the DPB via USB-C to C cable, check these: 1) Make sure the DPB is fully charged; low battery may block connection. 2) Use a USB-C cable that supports both charging and data transfer.

How can I have a better experience with GPS positioning before using DrivePro Body 40 camera for the first time?

To improve GPS on DPB40/70, pair the camera with the DrivePro Body App via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi to sync EPO data. Then, connect to a PC with a 3.5mm USB cable, open DrivePro Body Toolbox, and sync the time for better GPS accuracy.

What should I do if I forget the password of my DrivePro Body camera?

Connect your DrivePro Body to a computer and open the Toolbox. After 5 incorrect password attempts, click "Forgot Password" to erase all data, reset settings, and remove the original password.

Why is the actual storage capacity of DPB slightly less than the volume specified on the product's package?

Due to different calculations, computers show less capacity than stated. Computers use 1GB = 1,073,741,824 bytes, so a 16GB drive shows about 14.90GB. Some space is also reserved for firmware or system data. This is normal and doesn't affect usage.
