Replacement Infrared Remote Control Compatible with Sky Q Box, TV Box, Mini Box and Silver Box with 10M Working Distance, No Programming Required (No Voice Control)

This remote control looks almost identical to the original Sky Q remote and feels decent quality. I used new batteries and attempted to follow the directions on the leaflet, but as the remote is not responding with the TV/Sky box, I can’t do anything more with it.The remote light flickers when I hold down numbers 1&3, as the instructions directed, so I know the batteries and buttons work.The listing states no programming required and claims an ‘Easy to set up’ ready to use controller, but this was not the case.Ultimately, despite my best attempts, I could not get the remote control to work at all.

Spent over an hour trying to get it work, would only turn the box on and off.
