To be honest a lot of matcha on Amazon states ceremonial grade but it is either old or not ceremonial grade…. It’s super disappointing but with socal sips it was actual top tier product. I’m super excited to have found this small company. I like a few others but I also like to support small business. Thanks SoCal Sips. Weird name kind of but I guess I get it, maybe they’re surfers lol.

This matcha was exceptional. It mixed really well with the water, had a super velvety texture, and a vibrant fresh green color. The smell was fresh with a hint of sweet, though it has no sugar in it or additives. It definitely is better than anything else I have bought on amazon... it is really hard to find matcha this fresh in the US. It exceeded my expectations. 10/10 will buy again.
