I am using it four days a week for 15 minutes, but I vary between the colors. I use the red for wrinkles. I used five minutes of Blue for any acne and I use five minutes of Green for some age spots, so far I have seen an improvement in the small amount of acne I do get and some of my age spots seem to be getting lighter in just a couple of weeks. I took a before picture and in eight weeks I will take an after picture, but I am extremely happy with my purchase. It’s very relaxing to put it on and wear it and just close your eyes or you can listen to an audiobook. It has eye protectors so you can see out of it and get up and move around if you want but I enjoy the 15 minutes just relaxing. It’s easy to use easy to clean justwipe with a damp cloth and it seems very well made. I love that thos one has the neck piece and I also love that it has the additional colors. The price is reasonable, and I would recommend it highly to anyone.!
