Great product and very sturdy to use but a lot bigger than I expected lol

According to the paperwork, I'm on the limit for being too fat to use it, but use it I did, and die I did not. Looks smart and professional so I can pretend to know what I'm doing when guests peek into my home gym.

The pull up mate is very versatile and makes for an effective workout.It is relatively sturdy but can wobble a little when you use it for dips/pull ups.

Would definitely recommend very easy to assemble and great piece of equipment.

When I took the plunge and decided to try body weight exercises earlier this year it became apparent I needed a pull up bar but the doorway bars would not work in my house. I studied the options and bought one of these. It is great. I can do about 85 % of the exercises I need to one this , the limitation being I weigh over 14 stone so heavily weighted and explosive moves are out when I finally become strong enough. The unit also has a degrees of flex wobble so effort is also lost on that front too. That said you can become very strong training on this unit. I have gone from no pull ups to 15 and eventually want to hit front lever, back lever and muscle ups ( strict form) on this. Muscle ups are not really recommended on this but if you look at you tube you will see it is possible if you are strong and tidy enough. It breaks down quickly and into easily stored pieces, I love it. I just wish Pull up mate would let me have a discount on there other items....
