Good pan, no issues, easy to use and clean.

Amazing crepe pan. Beautiful crepes from first to the last one. Done on medium low settings. Using Olive oil spray to gently coat the pan. Cooks much faster than other pans due to great heat conduction. Thank you for a great product.

This works as described. I bought it because of the healthier non stick coating for my pancakes. The lip is not very high so the pancakes can slide right off the spatula if you are not careful. It is super non stick. It is heavy as well, which I like, but it makes a small crackle noise, even without any oil sometimes. Not sure why it does this but it doesn't affect anything. I need only wipe it clean with a damp paper towel or cloth. Never use soap, and never use on high heat!
