I've been trying a number of different products over the past year-- some are good, some are meh, and only a couple from brands I recognize. My neighbor is a naturopathic herbalist and has scrutinized several of the supplements I've ordered. She enthusiastically endorsed the Herb Pharm brand and was excited about the Mushroom Wellness Everyday 10. While I don't know much, if anything, about the mushrooms used in this product, she does. It makes me feel more confident taking them. It's only been about a week since I've been taking them (3 large capsules, daily), so it's hard to know if I'm feeling the full benefits yet. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but I do feel more energized and balanced overall. There are three weeks left to go in the bottle, but I'm encouraged to try using this as my go-to daily supplement.

This is an excellent combo of mushrooms, and of really good quality. Unfortunately I made a mistake choosing this because it's not gluten free, so I can't take it. I will be giving it to my husband instead, as needed.
