Good for sleep but too expensive.

I love this I got chocolate flavour & look forward to my chocolate drink each night 🩷 my sleep has majorly improved since using so I’m going to try chai flavour next

Save yourself some money and buy a normal hot chocolate. Tried this for 3 months and I can confirm it is useless. Very sweet from artificial flavour and has no effect on sleep

I really like this for an evening drink. The chocolate flavour makes it much nicer and easier to have than some of the usual supplement powders. It’s a lovely relaxing little ritual before bed, and I’ve found it helps me wind down and feel ready for sleep. 🌙🍫 The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars rather than 5 is that I think the flavour could be a little nicer, but overall I’m really enjoying it and will happily keep using it.

My wife suffers from anxiety which means it can be hard for her to get asleep. After using this, she felt relaxed and had a good night’s sleep. Very effective and highly recommended.

I got the chocolate flavour and it tastes amazing! I had mine with water before bed and really noticed a difference with my sleep. Would recommend.

Durch große Veränderungen in meinem Leben habe ich seit vielen, vielen Wochen mit Schlafproblemen zu kämpfen. Einschlafen, Durchschlafen, Leichter Schlaf... Nur mit Schlafmitteln ging es einigermaßen, hatte dann aber oft am nächsten morgen Überhang. Seit zwei Wochen trinke ich nun jeden Abend ca. 30 min vor dem Schlafengehen 8g Astro Dust in einem heißen Milch-Wasser-Gemisch - und ich kann einfach so gut schlafen und bin am nächsten Morgen erholt und fit, so wie es sein soll! Was für eine Erleichterung! Nebenbei finde ich auch, dass meine Haut sich verbessert hat, obwohl das einzige, was ich wirklich verändert habe, Astro Dust ist. Vielleicht auch durch Reishi? Vielleicht Tremella? Vielleicht Jujube? Vielleicht die Kombi? Was aber niemand sagt: Vorsicht bei Personen mit Leberproblemen, insbesondere, wenn noch andere Präparate mit Ashwagandha eingenommen werden! Ansonsten - Absolute Kaufempfehlung für Personen mit Schlafproblemen.

I initially got this as I previously ordered the pink one that helped a lot with focus at work. I didn't realize initially that this blue version is specifically to make you calm and to be taken before bed. It did have a calming effect, but I was still able to work with it. Also, I like the chocolate taste. Only 1 spoon needed.

Das Zeug ist gut. Lecker auch. Süßlich. Stevia. Nur, ...die Tüte sieht im Netz geiler aus als in echt😆

Ich mag den Geschmack sehr und schlafe damit besser.
