Absolutely what I was expecting. Super durable and charge lasts a while even when not in use. This stays in a bag on my rifle stock and keeps my optics powered nicely 👌

These power banks are a real life saver. I really like the quality they seem like they can handle abuse. Also small enough to be able to be with you anywhere.

Literally the coolest thing ever lol. I will be buying more. Extremely rugged and fits on my cummerbund for the plate carrier. Has survived many falls and works well. Charges fast and holds a charge for a while. Fits well in a blue alpha gear pouch.

Great quality, useful when camping or traveling

When I first saw these available I got fairly excited about switching over all my charging back-ups to this type. My use cases are often (almost always, actually) in the outdoors -- backpacking, bike touring, beach outings, etc. So the promise of a ruggedized, waterproof solution is definitely welcome. The unit does work well -- it charges fast, provides about the same power output and charging speed as other premium back-ups I've used, and the design is good. It does seem like a high quality item, for sure. I haven't had occasion yet to actually test how rugged and/or waterproof it is, however. As of now, however, I'm not convinced of the actual utility of the device, over and above any other given power bank. The main reason being it's honestly a bit heavy for the capacity it offers. And I do get -- of course -- that making it waterproof and rugged has a weight penalty. But this thing is heavier than another "regular" type power bank I have, with 3X the capacity. And in reality, it's not as if the rugged/waterproof features are so desperately needed (at least by me). I can put a regular power bank into a waterproof plastic zip bag if I'm that worried about it getting wet, and I don't plan on dropping it off a cliff or anything, so the ruggedness isn't really all that big of a deal. If you are really and truly in situations where you simply must have a power bank, and it may regularly go through very wet and very abusive scenarios, then perhaps this unit is for you. For my basic needs, though, I think I've realized that the "outdoor" features of this bank are perhaps more gimmick than truly utilitarian. So, bottom line, it's a nice product and I'll keep the 5,000 mAh version I have, but I don't think I will collect any more of them.

Heavy duty and reliable. I like this slim version because it fits nicely in the pocket of my pack strap while charging my phone. Charging speed hasn't really been noticeable although this is the 5000. It's basic grounds to getting the job done. Waterproof and durable. Snug gaskets keep the moisture out and no power suffer in cold temperatures. Really like this battery and looking to get the accessories especially the solar panel.

Reliable. Somewhat sort life but also durable for its size

Worked very well for three occasions. (hence the two stars) However, omn the fourth go-around, the USB-A port broke (the internal tab came out when the cable was unplugged...so now i have an unusable cable as well). In any case, have reached out to Elecom to see if there is a potential for replacement (as luck would have it, i am about a week outside of the return window with Amazon). In the worst case scenario, I guess i could just use the USB-C henceforth. UPDATE 15 April - as of this input, Elecom has yet to respond to my msg (outside of a very prompt auto generated msg right after i submitted my issue on 1 April, stating that they would respond in a "few days"). The second unit that i have has suffered the same fate (lasted for six cycles). Definitely would NOT recommend the product due to the non-existent reliability and customer support.
