Interpet Anti-Fungus and Finrot Aquarium Fish Treatment, 100 ml

I had to use kanaplex to treat my betta and guppies, as soon as I used it my fish got sick all of a sudden, would not recommend!!

I wish I had taken a before picture of the little buddy ❤ he was so lifeless bless him/her. Literally just staying at the bottom of the tank even after water changes etc, anyways it was Monday I noticed some little white spore patches on the top of its head and a patch by its tail. So I did a water change, full tank clean and ordered this product. (I wasn't going to after reading some of the reviews but I'm so glad I did) ☺ he's perked up and swimming around the tank plus eating. The box doesn't come with clear instructions it tells you to check dosage online. My tank is 24lr and I put 2ml (under what the recommended dose was) only due to the fact some of the reviews mentioned their fish dying 😪. I shook the bottle for about 1min then added 2 ml into a jug mixed with some of the tank water, then tested with tank strips i already had to make sure there was no significant changes. I then added the jug to the tank water with the flow of the filter literally a bit at a time.(I only put in half) I didn't let the crystals fall into the tank (again due to reading reviews). Within 1hr the little fella was swimming around!

At the beginning I thought It coul damage my fishes, but happened all the oposite. I have a 180l tank, and I had enought to use like 3 or 4 times with just one bottle. My fishes had fungus diseases, but now, they are completely recovered. I recomend first, removing filter medias, as carbon, or ceramic before use it. I had Angel fishes, dollar fishes, and many others. Important that my shrimp died , but I am not sure if this was because of the treatment, or maybe any other reason. Excelent product. I recomend it. Use it when you see first symptoms. Do not wait too long, because maybe could be too late.

Seems to work. I use this frequently when I notice finrot on my fish. It will leave crystal looking deposits floating around for a few hours but this is normal and clears up. It has definitely removed finrot from some of my neon tetras but this depends on how bad the rot is in the first place. Obviously the fish will not be cured overnight. It comes with a syringe and measuring cap so is easy to apply. The fish will think it is food initially so they should swim to the bubble it creates naturally. However, this is not a substitute for good aquarium maintenance. Finrot can commonly be caused by neglected water changes and over feeding which leads to excessive waste.

My tropical fish (neon tetra) got white thin layer around they mouth, more on upperlip. If I spot it earlier, and had paid attention early enough and reacted in time, maybe I wouldn't have lost some of my little fishes... Did work! Visible results was just after 3-4 days! Good value for money! Really recommend. Updates 20.01.2025 Ordered second time as had something came with new fish from shop... Even after quarantine it appeared after nearly two weeks and I losted my phantom tetras... Just like that next morning noticed on neon tetra white fluffy areas so need to react immediately. Very helped next day delivery as well 😀 So far, after emergency use, no fish lost!
