The battery started spiking after the first mile. I barely made it home, even though I began my trip with a new, fully charged battery.

The media could not be loaded. The Caroma C1 500W Scooter fits all my needs and wants out of a commuter scooter well! The battery life is an additive to the wonderful motor 500W versus a typical 350. The wider tires offer more durability if you live around more rugged terrain. Overall great scooter for the value and for regular adult use (10/10)!

Tried following the instructions in the manual. First, I couldn't find the "Tencent Browser" in the Android store.... then I figure out that it might be "QQ" from the store but it was all in Chinese and I couldn't get very far. I found another video that said to just install the "e-Scooter Home" app but I don't see that in my app store either. Super frustrating. One of the key features that I was looking for was the ability to lock the device with my phone.

TiresThey are not 8.5”. Dimensions are 8” x 3.0” - 5.5”. Tires say tubeless but there is a tube. These are more so “all-terrain” tires which not very recommended for off-road tires. I’m 180lbs male and the scooter reaches 35mph on flat road. I excepted to reach 38mph at this weight, but not bad. Otherwise it goes 40mph if you weight 0 or going down a hill.Battery LifeI made it 12 miles in Gear 3 and battery drained to around 30%. I recommend purchasing a second charger if you’re a commuter.LightsThe turning signals are not made for a car to see if you’re commuting on the streets. You’ll need a pair for the front and more visible ones for the back. And a better headlight. The stock headlight while very bright points up at the trees.All in all I would kinda recommend this scooter if you’re a beginner rider or just a commuter. Order new tires if you want real off road tires. I saw some nice tubeless off road tires on Walmart.com Remember they are 8.0”.

1st thing Scooter is amazing easy to setup BUT avoid App at all cost on android it said i needed another browser trusted them had to factory reset my phone pain in the rear.. why is the app not in google store???? searched but unable to find spare parts may be a issue latter. Rides well very fast. Very heavy while carrying. They Need to get app into google store and let people know about parts compatibility or just sell parts on amazon.. very good product thus far. 2 weeks latter no issues with build BUT with out app scooter times out at red lights cuts off and you have to turn back on in 1st gear with traffic behind you crazy cant change option with out app. no where to get replacement parts email company they had none or didnt point me in a direction to find any. DONT BUY

This scooter is very good but I need another battery please how can I get it?

Great design except handle bars slide a little so took it to a bike shop to have the handle bars adjusted and tightened. They had to insert a foam piece to keep the handle bars from moving around. Also tools provide were cheap! Will strip the screws if not careful.
