Govee Mini Panel Lights, RGBIC Wall Lights, Smart LED Wall Panels

I recently purchased a device that I really wasn’t sure about. I had a 50% coupon and they were on sale. So for around $50 I was willing to give them a look. I will admit when you open them up they are a little cheap looking. Shiny white diffuser and white housing. These squares are 3.1 inches on each side. They have 4 connection spots on the back. One thing I both liked and didn’t like about the setup. Most of the @GOVEE wall lights you build inside the app then it tells you where to hook up the connection and orientation of the panel. As well as the needed dimensions of your creation. On these you physically build your design and then calibrate. It will recognize your design. But the design I picked I actually was running out of connections because I was doubling up on a few sections when a different route would work better with less connections. It’s something you just got to figure out so definitely lay this out on the ground/table before actually installing. Maybe Govee can update to allow us to build first within the app like the other wall lights. these mini panels allow 70 per power supply and controller. I also thought that each panel could do one color. Nope appears they have 4 areas of light per square. We are not giving full control but many scenes utilize the multiple colors per square. Overall it’s definitely a device I like. It has great diffused light. Decent color reproduction. I do wish the diy section gave us some more options as it’s fairly limited. But there’s so many scenes that it likely isn’t needed much. And in the preset scenes you have some control of where the scene is oriented at. And honestly for being such a new product the preset animations are pretty limited. It’d at least be nice if would could change colors in some of the scenes. I’d also love to see a couple connections that are flexible to change plains (wall to few/around corners. This would not need a new product just an accessory we could buy. Even a longer extension to create a gap if we want to install around another Govee light, like having the gaming wall bar lights running down the center of our mini panel design. Definitely a cool device that could use a few software updates of more scenes/diy capabilities but very much worth the purchase.

These Govee Mini Panel Lights were my 15-year-old son’s favorite Christmas gift this year! They were incredibly easy to put together, and the app is amazing. It has an endless amount of customization options, effects, and designs. He hasn’t stopped changing them since he set them up. I definitely recommend getting the 20-piece set (or even more) if you want to create bigger or more detailed designs. One small note: the box is a bit misleading, as some of the designs shown use more panels than what’s included in the set. This is our third Govee product, and once again, the quality is excellent. Govee continues to impress, and we’ll absolutely keep buying their products.

I just set it up last week so I can't speak on it's durability or longevity, but it changes the vibe of my gaming room in a very positive way. I believe I'll buy another set for the opposite wall. Setup was easy, although a little time-consuming.

Awesome … you’ll save money if you buy an expansion with it… which, you’re going to want eventually.

These look AWESOME! The govee ecosystem works extremely well and these are no exception. I can play with these all day as they remind me of Tetris which I love. They are kind of plastic-y and don’t look fancy when off but who would buy them to leave them off lol. Would love more when they go on sale!

I love these, they’re unlimited options to arrange them in. They make great accent lights.

Govee is GREAT! I placed these on my desk along the bottom and side of my monitor. Since the cubes stack easily it was simple. Connected them to the PC App and have a kinda surround backlighting.

BEWARE. These govee products are priced well. The real issue is that you get Chinese quality. Govee support is moderately accommodating if you're within your "warranty" window. The issue is that the hardware they will send you as a replacement has the same level of quality as the hardware you already had fail. It will inevitably fail again and they're not going to do anything about it once you're outside of the warranty window. I understand you're reading this and thinking "duh' that's how every company and product works. Except I'm telling you that the product is guaranteed to fail. It'll work great until it doesn't. I have purchased over 25 gover products equating to the thousands of dollars in spend. I can assure you that they will all have issues eventually. If you're lucky and the lights don't quit working on you. The power chords will. In some aspect or another you will face qc issues and be outside of your warranty. I have a ancient nanoleaf products that are close to being ten years old. They still function perfectly. The govee products are a complete gamble. If you want to take the gamble, good luck. Sure I have a few products that do not have issues (yet). Unfortunately, I have a ton that do and absolutely regret buying into the ecosystem.

Se pegan a la pared muy fácil y las luces se conectan como Lego.

Once in place, you can spend hours looking at it! really cool patterns!

Lights are bright and i do other functions i love it

The connectors are easy to break, lights are thicker than expected
