I sent Apexy Freeze Dried Candy to my daughter at college, and she was happy with this little treat. The candy is fun to snack on, and there's enough to share if you choose. The flavors are tropical (not just "sour") and are pleasant. At the time of this review Apexy Freeze Dried Candy is reasonably priced and I'd purchase it again.

This is not a candy that I would choose on a regular basis, but it is interesting and something different to have on hand for the grandkids. The texture is light and crunchy. The colors are nice. I chose the sour rainbow. The flavors seemed a little off to me (artificial), but your taste buds may feel differently. If you like freeze dried candy, there's a good chance you will like these.

I have a soft spot for fruit flavored candies. I love the flavor and consistency of the name brand version of these freeze dried candies in the red bags. These are just as flavorful, not too sour, very crunchy, and dissolve rapidly in your mouth. The bag came properly sealed and there was not too much dust or crumbs from the candies being crushed. This was my first time trying a freeze dried candy and I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed them.

Puffy little exploded candies. These are very tasty - crunchy, but soft, sort of like the texture of those soft peppermints. The freeze drying process causes these to crack open like someone splitting a planet in half, with the white insides breaking through the sweet and sour shells. The bag is resealable to keep the humidity out. The flavor is tart, but not too tart, with plenty of sweet, too. It's a very satisfying treat.

Tastes fabulously sour and sweet. I like the crunch of freeze dried candy better than the gooey chewyness of other kinds of fruit/sweet and sour candies. This kind is very good.
