Beautiful quality Kadai! It also serves perfectly as a Wok! Iโve thrown my old rusty carbon steel wok in the bin.

If you looking for nice still wok so trust me you will be happy with this one. Iโve been cooking in it almost a year. Perfect for one pot dishes and curries. Easy to wash with metal sponge as there is no toxic non stick to worry about.

Versatile, I use it every day!
I am really pleased with this! Itโs really versatile for one thing. Iโve cooked small steaks in it, made plenty of one pot dishes like curries, bolognese, chilli con carne etc and stir fried stuff. I find it easy to clean too. And no worrying non-stick chemicals. Great to keep the food warmer for a while with the sturdy lid too. I cooked cut up chicken in it last night, with onion, peppers, garlic, mushrooms and a red chilli, all simply cooked in a little butter, and it turned out great. I have an electric cooker. One of the most useful things Iโve ever bought from Amazon!

Perfect for making curries.
Pan took forever to arrive, but is worth the weight, itโs a quality piece of kit, especially if youโre a fan of BIR cooking. I canโt wait to cook some curries now!

Got the 26",real good size if you're batch cooking, nice and deep stops a lot of mess spitting out. Pan cleans easy and looks and feels quality too.

Best for home
Very large 4.5 L. The quality of the kadai is too notch . Mom loved it so cant return it for smaller size.
