Battery was defective but reseller was great
I bought this battery for a UPS. It was defective. Reseller issued a refund without a fuss. Their customer service was excellent and so am giving four stars.

Good product but not exact fit for my use.
I have a (quite old) Belkin UPS. This has the right dimensions and terminal locations and shape, but the DEPTH of the terminal sockets is 2mm too shallow for the connectors on this UPS so the battery doesn't quite slide all the way in. As a result the cover won't close and the safety switch won't engage so I can't use it.I'm not sure if this will be useful to anyone, but figured I'd mention it.
