Don’t know. I like it l, so never tried. I wouldn’t take it back if I were selling it, just because of the times we’re in.

Does it make you go to the Bathroom often?

For me, on a few days it did and on the other days it didn't.

I need to curb my appetite for night time snacking, can I use this in the afternoon instead of morning with weight loss effects?

I’m not sure? There are natural sweeteners in it. Nor sugar, but it might trigger a sweet tooth. Wouldn’t hurt to try it. Drink more water to curb cravings.
