Q: Is the brand of this pump "a.o. smith century" as shown in the picture, or is it made by puri tech?

My pump says “Century” on the sticker so I’m not sure about ao Smith, but has been working well.

Q: Does this have an internal switch to move from 115v to230v?

Yes I believe it does and then you have to change the position of the wires so they will be on the right terminals. It should be easy to do.

Q: Will this replace B127?

Sorry I don’t know what a B127 is. I just compared information from sticker on old motor to information on new motor. We are pleased. Works great on our pool cleaner pump.

Q: Is this easy to install or is it better to buy the full assembly?

This is very easy if you have some mechanical ability (not a lot). I also found it helpful to review a youtube video that took me step by step how to install the motor onto the impeller assembly. Good Luck.
