Not sure why this product isn't receiving higher ratings. It's actually insanely amazing. My snoring has stopped, my sleep improved greatly. It also sticks very well and be gentle when removing it in the morning. And wear it right before you sleep because it might bother you as something that's always there. I'm on my second pack!

It sticks much better than other brands. It works at times and doesn't on other days. Trying to adjust the position on the nose to see if there is any difference maybe but when placed slightly lower than what is instructed it worked better for me

Too harsh on nose

Den "Nasal Strips" fehlt jegliche verpflichtende Kennzeichnung zu Herkunft, Hersteller, ggfs. EU-Repräsentant, Material usw. Es findet sich kein einziges Wort, weder auf, noch in der Tüte. Eine Anleitung ist auch nicht vorhanden, selbst im Angebot findet sich kein deutsches Wort dazu. Damit ist dieses Produkt hier gar nicht verkehrsfähig und dürfte in Deutschland nicht angeboten und verkauft werden. Die Strips an sich sind einfach, länglich oval geformt, nicht eingekerbt oder gezackt wie andere. Sie kleben durchaus gut und lassen sich auch gut und rückstandsfrei wieder ablösen. Durch die schwarze Farbe hat man allerdings stets etwas störendes am Rande des Blickfeldes, so dass man sie besser wirklich nur zum Schlafen aufklebt (oder auf eine andere Farbe wechselt). Die Wirkung ist sehr individuell verschieden - tatsächlich erweitern sie die Nasenflügel etwas, so dass besser Luft durch die Nase geatmet werden kann. Die Reduzierung des Schnarchens ist wie gesagt davon einigermaßen unabhängig und sehr individuell. Die "Fitnessuhr" bescheinigte tatsächlich einen guten Schlaf - ob es tatsächlich am Pflaster liegt, müsste ein Versuch über einen längeren Zeitraum zeigen. Wegen der völlig unklaren Herkunft und des ebenso unbekannten Materials kann ich diese Pflaster aber nicht empfehlen.

Bewertung zum Produkt: Vor Gebrauch sollte man seine Nase gründlich waschen, da die Pflaster auf Fett/Öl nicht so gut kleben. Ich gehe direkt vor dem Schlafen duschen und klebe sie mir anschließend auf die Nase. Man sollte die Pflaster ca. 20 Sekunden andrücken. Die Pflaster sind verstärkt und ziehen dadurch die Nasenlöcher auseinander. Bewertung zur Verpackung: Ich fände es besser wenn etwas Verpackungsmüll eingespart werden könnte. Das ist ein Produkt, welches täglich angewendet wird. Ich fände es super, wenn die Hersteller da sich etwas einfallen lassen würden um weniger Müll zu produzieren...

I’ve been using these for a while, have bought several times. They worked perfectly, however this last batch is terrible, they don’t stick anywhere near as well and they are now leaving a sticky residue. They’ve clearly changed supplier or formula.

I decided to give these nose strips a try to see if they’d make breathing a little easier at night, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were easy to apply, stayed in place throughout the night, and I could definitely feel my nasal passages opening up once they were on. The biggest compliment didn’t actually come from me—it came from the person trying to sleep next to me! Apparently, there was a noticeable reduction in my snoring, which meant we both woke up in a better mood. That’s probably the best review these strips could ask for. The adhesive held well without feeling uncomfortable, and they peeled off easily in the morning without leaving my nose feeling like I’d removed half my skin. As with most products like this, clean, dry skin helps them stick properly. They’re not a miracle cure for every cause of snoring, but if your snoring is related to nasal congestion or restricted airflow, they’re well worth trying. I can also see them being useful before exercise when you want to breathe a little more freely. Overall, these strips did exactly what I hoped. My nose got a better night’s airflow, my partner got a quieter night’s sleep, and for once the only thing making noise in the bedroom was the alarm clock.
