How long does it take to ship?

They are regular cello strings. The pickup is piezo-electric.

It is not 100% silent, but I would guess that when you are playing with headphones, compared to a normal cello, the volume is reduced by 90-95%. My son sometimes practices with the SVC-110SK in the mornings in his room, with the windows and doors closed and does not wake anybody in the house up.

what does sk mean because i see the yamaha svc-110 and yamaha svc-110sk?

This is Yamaha Japan's suffix for all of the Silent Electric Strings line. The 'S' indicates that it includes a soft case, the 'K' stands for "Kando".
