been buying this for years and only just realised don't take in the evening but in the morning before breakfast, also you need folate and potassium(banana or dates for me) for it to be most effective, helps with my adhd

I’m not one to follow fads or trends but heard this stuff can really make a difference to how you feel. Wow! Within 1 week I felt I had more energy, didn’t feel tired, a real boost to my well being. B12 certainly helps peripheral neuropathy
Seem to help my neuropathy certainly keeps the toe or foot burning to a minimum at night only thing I don’t like is the after taste which is very sweet and I may try another brand for comparison

It works!!
I thought i would try this out as my B12 was on the low side two months ago. Taken for 8 weeks and now just had another blood test. My B12 has now shot away up so much i will need come off it and get my B12 back down to a more normal range. It certainly works.
