Well, the time has come. Our Christmas fairy ‘Gloria’, who I’d had since my childhood, has fallen from her perch atop our tree for the final time. Her dress is in shreds, she’s bald and her glittery wand has sprinkled the last of her magical fairy dust. Time to move on and this Christmas Tree Topper Gold Star is the ideal replacement. It’s just the right size for our 6ft tree and is fitted with a little spiral cone device to secure it to the tree. This 3D Star glitters and sparkles, shedding minimal glitter (and who cares anyway, it’s Christmas) and is equally visible from all angles. It is a worthy - and stunning - replacement for Gloria who has served us well for so many years. Five glittery, sparkling , twinkling stars.

A fun shining, sparkling, glittering golden star on a spiral mount. The star is set at a very slight angle, on a sprung base which is easy to place onto the top of a Christmas tree (real or artificial). The glitter fine golden glitter and larger hexagonal and round pieces. There is a little glitter shedding but there's also plenty left in place on the star. Both the inside and outside of the star are coated in golden glitter, making it definitely 3-dimensional, as well as being double-sided. Besides the warming golden glow, other colours are also reflected including greens and pinks. I think the larger size would be for a standard Christmas tree, whilst the smaller size, which I ordered would work as a daintier focal point or would also work very well on a small to medium tree, which is how I plan to use ours.
