Very good
These are great, I am anaemic and on iron medication for many years but don't feel like it is fully effective and my iron levels are still low so wanted to try this for time release iron and energy for working shifts. I didn't notice much difference on the two days of using it, until I didn't use it and went back to my eyes going black whenever I stood up and feeling dizzy a lot, realising I didn't have that issue at all while using the patches and I usually always do. My only concern is the packaging as I use a lot of kind patches vitamin patches and they all come in resealable packs that instruct you to keep it sealed air tight, so not sure if this is necessary for all patches ? And the packet isn't airtight but I put a hair pin over the top and it makes it pretty much sealed . When applied to my arm it peeled a little on the edges but on chest it sticks down completely all day. Good product and good value

Seems to give more energy
I buy these for my family friend who swears by them and says it gives her more energy. She is a repeat buyer.

Great idea .
I’m on my third packet of these , I haven’t had a blood test so I’ve no idea if my iron levels have improved but I hope so . I’ve found the stickers are not consistent, the first pack stuck really well , I put them on before bed and would take them off mid morning the next day . The second pack quite a few just fell off and this third pack they feel a lot thicker and stick great , I don’t mind the glue residue it normally just rubs off or using some body lotion will lift it off . I think they’re pretty good and fingers crossed they’re working.

Ideal for those who can't take supplements
These stick well, I put on my stomach or inner wrist. No reaction to the adhesive either. I think these work, my iron levels went up by 5 in a few months. If you can't tolerate supplements like me then give these a bash.
