Bio-Tech Pharmacal Lith-Oro Dietary Supplement (20mg, 100 Count)

Lithium orotate is an important mineral, and many of us are deficient. It helps mood and is neuroprotective. We've been really pleased with this product. We initially started out with 5 mg and slowly titrated up. It turned out that my ideal dose turned out to be 20 mg (4 of the 5 mgtablets), so I have since moved on to these the 20 mg capsules. I'm very happy with them. Easy to swallow (a medium-sized capsule) and well absorbed. Lithium orotate has helped my treatment-resistant depression and anxiety from PTSD more than any antidepressant ever could (I've failed about 30). It has helped my daughter in a similar way. Between this product and l-methylfolate, my depression and anxiety are finally controlled.

Fill the needs for a hard to find 20mg of lithium in one supplement. It seems to be workind and good quality supplement.

There is no way this is 20mg in each capsule. Save your money if you want 20mg and go with monoherb as it's sold on Amazon. Maybe it comes from China and Russia but it's legit. My two cents

Capsules are always hard to swallow sometimes, especially if I'm taking more than one (currently I'm on a dose that does not exist in a single pill so I have to take 3)I'm unclear as to the effectiveness as I've had other med changes and issues going on. However I have not noticed anybof the side effects I encountered with the prescription lithium carbonate (which I refuse to to back on hence taking the orotate instead as a conpromise) . It's hard to tell if its effective though with the other meds I'm on, it gets blurry what is doing what.Only complaint i wish I could find it in more of a variety of doses. I've found (if I remember correctly) 5, 10, 20 and 120 mg but I take 60mg 2x a day which means 3 pills and higher cost as I need to buy more bottles which can be expensive

It's increasing my gray matter per the book I read about low dose lithate. I can tell because now I am remembering everything that I was struggling to remember before and my vocabulary has increased now that I can remember words again. Any kind of memory issues will benefit from this product. It is excellent!

I don't know what the shelf life is, but it's presently working very well. My depression stems from so many arenas and it's difficult to reign them all in at once, however, this works very well in combination with my Wellbutrin. My shrink says, "whatever works for you", so I'm going with it. Give a shot.

i ordered lithium orotate and bottle says d3 calciferol with a lable on stop sticked saying lith oro, what the hell is this?? This a dangerous stuff, not sure what it contains inside now?????
