Does not work. Or charge.
0 stars, I bought this. It didn't work never charged. I bought a second one. Same problem did not work out of the box. Charging light never turned on during charging. Tried every troubleshooting method available completely broken not working, no power, no charging, no customer support. I wish I never purchased this complete waste of money. I've now spent close to a $100 for 2 items that don't work and Amazon will not even cover the return. And I want a full refund. I'm going to message customer support again. I'm not happy

Works well if not overfilled!
This grinder has a rechargeable battery which lasts quite a while on a charge. Don’t over load it and you’ll be fine, over load it and it will actually stall it out, otherwise it does the job, I like the choice of selecting how long you want it to grind for your specific size. Well made unit 😎

SHUTS OFF AFTER 2-3 SECONDS ON A FULL CHARGE
I purchased this in February of 2024 and have ground 3 or 4 bags of coffee with it. Our intention was never to use it every day. I charge it until the battery turns solid green (100% complete) and can't get through one grinding before it turns red flashing 5 times and then turns off. I know batteries/products aren't meant to last forever, but they should last longer than 18 months.
