I noticed this come with pegs any idea how i can put this into concrete and slabs etc??

It’s not designed to be put on/in concrete!!! Wrong item However……. Place a pipe of correct size into the site. Lay concrete. Place eye bolts in the concrete when set you could tie the ropes to tge eye bolts with the spike placed into the central pipe

How tall is the umbrella and sides? Can I stand up underneath it?

I would not say you could safely stand up underneath it but it is adjustable up and down and is a good size.

Does this umbrella have clip or hole in the very top knob? My current umbrella has a ring through the top so that I can hook it to trees etc, thanks

It has a hard plastic end that you can attach ropes too.
