Berberine is important to health
My wife and I have used this for just over a year now, and it has helped lower our A1C levels. My wife also relied on this while reversing her insulin resistance. She got diagnosed with insulin resistance by a hormone specialist and within 90 days was able to reverse it using intermittent fasting and a keto diet. The berberine was instrumental in all that. She would take a half dose twice daily timing it to 30min prior to eating. This kept her sugar from spiking from whatever she was eating. The MegaFood brand makes capsules that go down with ease. Highly recommended!

First month-
I’ve been using the Berberine Phytosome for a month now, as recommended by my doctor for fertility support. I’ve had no issues with it—easy to take, and I like that it’s vegan. I’ve noticed a bit more energy, and I feel like my digestion has improved. It’s still early to tell if it’ll help with fertility long-term, but I’m hopeful. The 9x absorption is a nice bonus, and I appreciate the clear dosage (550 mg per capsule). Overall, happy with the results so far!

First day taking this results to headache, terrible bloating, indigestion and gassiness Hope there is a way to return this product and be refunded. will not take the supplement again.
