Perfect replacement for a Kenwood Chef
Perfect replacement for my inherited kenwood chef. Tried & returned a few others, if you bake a lot & make a lot of Buttercream worth the investment.

It’s handy
It’s very handy. I like it, but its tools a bit expensive. It can make dough, cream and other patisserie things easily. It is definitely worth to buy. It’s heavy but if you make heavy dough, it is good to stay with it otherwise it can be “walk” ☺️. Iys accessories and most of part is dishwasher friendly.

Kenwood XL good quality mixer
I've already have a kenwood mixer which has been in the family for a very long time, I just needed a new mixer which would cope mixing dough , so I opting on the Kenwood XL. The mixer arrive and straight away I made two loaves a bread in one mix using a 1kg of flour, the mixer it's self is pretty quite and wasn't under any strain mixer a big mix. im well happy with the machine can't recommend it enough.

Awesome, sturdy machine that does the job fantastically.
I’ve always wanted a Kenwood Chef and here it is! When I saw the price at £238 I just had to buy it. Whilst a silver one would have been nice, I’m more than happy to have got one in white at that price. Is it any good? Well, it’s actually flaming brilliant! It’s made of sturdy metal, it’s heavy and stable, and definitely does what it’s says on the box.Bread, pizza dough and cake batter made so far, all effortless. Instead of flour everywhere and ten minutes of kneading, I just threw all the ingredients in the bowl, turned it on and then sat watching YouTube for 10mins with a coffee. Once kneaded, you just easily slide the dough off the hook, into the bowl, cover with damp tea towel and let it rise.Just make sure you read the destructions first before using so you don’t try and go all out on the speed. It’s a fantastic device, but still subject to user error.I bought the mincer and sausage stuffing attachment, which works amazingly well, plus the blender for smoothies and shakes. I’m looking at the pasta maker attachment next, along with the ice cream maker.Go on, it’s well worth the money.

Good use
Good mixer with lots of speed and options! Is a bit big so I tend to use for big batches but the attachments are helpful for various recipes.

Extra Large Solid Mixer
Extra Large Kenwood Mixer just like my Nana used to own. Large Bowl can fit roughly a whole 1.5kg bag of flour for scone recipes etc. Paddle pretty good. Washed well. Used for small bakery business for a few months now with no issues.
User
Don’t bother
To say it’s got a large bowl it can hardly handle a 1kg break dough mix. The attachment cover at the front that you use to using the mincer keeps coming off as well. Pretty rubbish if I’m honest for the money 😔
User
Excellent for bread and cake making
I bought this to replace and old Kenwood that couldn't cope with bread making anymore. I make all our bread so it gets a lot of use. It's slightly less noisy than my old one and is a bit bigger and heavier. It still fits into the cupboard and I can lift it in and out easily. So far have not used the whisk function or added any of the many add-on's. For bread making and cake making it's great. It was a very good price too. If I get the same amount of use as the old one it will be very good value.
