Thoughtfully designed handles with thumb-rests. In addition to excellent reviews on customer service, the final selling point was this rollator’s availability in a silvery gold (aka champagne). Though other reviews mentioned easy assembly, this senior found setup quite difficult. There appears to have been an error in the labeling of the numbers, causing the handles to end up on the wrong sides. It could be why this item appeared to have been returned, judging by how many times the box had been taped. A family member helped correct this error the next day, and gave an engineer’s assessment of the rollator’s design and construction: It passed with flying colors. Despite the inconvenience of wrong numbering that caused the ergonomic handles to be installed backwards, we give this device five stars. As a bonus, we found several extra small items included for parts that might easily get misplaced in the assembly phase. The instructions do need to be more user-friendly. A larger-size format would allow for easy-to-read, detailed illustrations and a larger type-size. Some buyers might be helped, too, by suggestions on how and where to begin—on the floor or table—in order to manage the otherwise-confusing, cumbersome components from the start. Also needed: a list of tools that might help along the way: a pair of scissors, flashlight (to see tiny holes within tubing), and magnifying glass for the instructions.

Easy to assemble. Very sturdy with all terrain wheels that are great for uneven surfaces/ sidewalks. Hand brakes work well. Quality parts. Folds for storage easily. Great storage and seat for resting. Looks smart. No need to spend more. This one has all you need. I used it for post - op recovery from spine surgery for added stability on uneven surfaces and was pleased with it!

This Homland rollator is my wife's first of its kind. She is very happy with it and we expect that it will last a long time as it's well built and easy to place in the car. We found the backrest to be too narrow, resting low on her back. I called the company to request a wider backrest and with Isabella's assistance, she is a company representative, we received what we requested at no additional; cost. We highly recommend Homland for its customer service and this rollator for its performance, price, portability, and storage.

Clear assembly instructions, all parts safely packed & labeled, 10 minutes to assemble. It's sturdy, easy to roll, steer, & stop. Has effective hand brakes & parking brake feature. Large storage compartment has space for more stuff than I want to bring along. Its adjustable height made it easy to fit me perfectly. Price was fair for quality product. Having this walker opened the outdoors for me again.

Would have been 5 stars but the wheels were a little slippery when breaking on hardwood floors. The back strap was comfortable. It was easy to put together. Love that you can raise the seat as well as the handle bars.

Bought this for myself after a recent fall that left me more unsteady on my feet. It has been a Godsend! It is sturdy, folds & opens easily, & fits behind the driver's seat of my minivan without an issue. It's given me the mobility to walk much greater distances outdoors on all types of surfaces & allows me to sit down if I need to rest (or not drag a camp chair around for outdoor activities). The seat is nicely padded & fit my ample hips comfortably while giving me storage space beneath it for my purse, hoodie, or other necessities. Wish I had bought one sooner! Don't hesitate to purchase one.

This is a wonderful product that folds up easily by merely pulling a strap in the cargo area under the seat, and this item is highly portable. I appreciate the cosmetic appearance of this walker. The back support is very comfortable. The wheels are able to easily maneuver across various types of terrain. The money value of this walker is very reasonable, which I deeply appreciate. Also ganz ehrlich, hätte ich früher gewusst dass es so günstig einen stabilen Rollator zu kaufen gibt, hätte ich niemals das hässliche Kassengestell genommen. Der bleibt jetzt auch stehen, denn nach einer halben Stunde zusammenbauen, ist dieser Rollator exakt das perfekte für mich. Ich kann ihn nur empfehlen und bei meinem Gewicht, 150 Kilo, ist er sehr stabil.

I purchased this walker for my elderly parent and have been very pleased with the quality and stability. Assembly was straightforward, and the walker feels sturdy and secure both indoors and outdoors. This walker has made such a difference to my life! It is lightweight and quiet. Sometimes the path is cracked and stony but it rolls over it without bumping because the tyres are a bit larger than my previous walkers, Also it is higher than my previous walkers. I am 6ft so need to be using a walker that helps me keep upright and this does. Ill be buying another one of these in a couple of years.
