Quality build and very interesting product. Unfortunately I've not finished it yet, but I'm looking forward to getting back to it.

Bought for my 11 year old grandson as a Christmas present. It does say that it's intended for adults but he loves a challenge. He spent six and a half hours making it, with no help from any adults. He thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of building it by himself and though it was indeed a challenge, with lots of intricate parts, that was part of the fun. His comment on this: "It's amazing". I must add that the finished article looks exceptional and works really well.

Very well made with clear instructions. Need to make sure all burrs are removed and gears etc. are waxed and tested before moving on to next assembly instruction. Quite complex but very rewarding to do and works beautifully if care is taken with the assembly. Highly recommended.

Quite expensive but well worth the money. Great fun to make. The engineering is amazing, precision manufactured with clear instructions. You need strong fingers and patience. The finished book/box is good to look at as well as being a practical item. Hats off to the designers of this brilliant puzzle box.

I bought this as a birthday gift. It comes securely boxed, with full instructions and the parts are, as far as I can see, sturdy wood. I have not interfered with it too much, as it is to be a present, but it looks very intriguing and I'm sure the recipient will like it.

Assembly was medium to hard so make sure the instructions are read carefully and make use of the QR code videos. It works really well when finished and if pieces are not quite right, the other pieces will compensate. Looks really good when finished.

Puzzle box was good fun building, but beware some parts are easily broken. If you do break a part and cannot repair it, go on ugears web page for free spare parts.

This was a gift so cant comment but it looks great and was well received.

This is one of the finest artifacts of human ingenuity that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Not only is this stupendously clever in its design, great fun to assemble, and also extremely well engineered (especially given it is made out of wood!)... but it is also a wonderfully entertaining and genuinely useful keepsake for a child to keep their secret things safe :)

To mój pierwszy kolorowy zestaw od UGEARS. Wciąż jestem w trakcie jego budowania. Ale dwukolorowe drzewo wygląda pięknie. Polecam kupić.

Ein tolles Geschenk für Alt und Jung. Die Qualität ist super. Der Aufbau ist gut dokumentiert, kann aber unter umständen weniger technikbegabte auch mal an die ein oder andere Grenze bringen. Geduld ist da dann das erste Mittel der Wahl, denn die tolle Anleitung gibt es her!
