I recently started the carnivore diet. About a week and a half in, I began to get a red dotted, itchy rash on my feet, ankles and lower legs. After doing a little research, I discovered that it was likely a keto rash...my body was a little overwhelmed by the radical change in diet and this was a response. After watching a YouTube video by Dr. Ken Barry, he discussed why the body responds in this manner when there is a drastic change and to help the liver process this new way of eating, it may be necessary to add TUDCA (bile salts) to your diet. After receiving it, I took it for just two days and noticed the rash had decreased significantly. In four days it was completely gone. Though the rash was my primary reason for taking this product, I also noticed an added bonus of improved digestion. Dr. Barry was right and I am glad I started taking TUDCA to help my liver adjust to my new way of living.

My husband and I have been on a diet to support optimum GI function and have found this supplement to be very easy to tolerate. We’ve had no problems with GI upset or any type of reaction at all that could be associated with this supplement.

Not effective for me

I started taking tudca about 6 months ago but changed over to this brand due to it's 1200 mg per 2 capsules. Many of the tudca supplements come in 250 mg per capsule which resulted in me having to take too many capsules per day to reach the 1,500 mg dosage that was prescribed to improve the health of my liver and intestines. I feel fantastic and have experienced tremendous intestinal improvements!
