Decent foot massager with some flaws
This foot massager works okay. The ball rollers rotate to massage the feet. It's heat function also helps relaxes you. The foot massage itself is decent. The rollers rotate under the feet and is a little painful. The roller will slightly move the feet around. However, I still have to move my feet up/down to get the whole feet massaged. Once the massage completes, my feet feel relaxed. However, since the rollers move the feet slightly, sometimes they would move my feet close to the walls and then I feel them being pinched between the rollers and the wall. It would be nice if the machine has mechanism to hold the feet in the middle. That way the foot massage would feel better and there wouldn't be any potential to have the feet getting pinched between the roller and the wall.

Feels great on super sore feet even through slippers
I have severe neuropathy and foot pain, but enjoy a light message on my feet here and there. I can't have anything rough. My husband likes a deep message and suffers from plantar fasciitis. I got this for both of us to try as we have always been Sharper Image fans and even used to go to their stores MANY years ago when we were dating. We'd sit in the massage chairs and hang out. We even bought a massage chair 20 years ago from there as our wedding gift to each other. The day it finally died about five years ago, was a sad sad day. So, as you can see, Sharper Image is a brand we trust. That is the reason I went with this model over another brand. When this arrived, my husband tried it first. He loved it and felt it gave him the deep massage he loves. He uses it with just his socks on. For me, the massage is too rough for my severe neuropathy in socks so I often wear thick slippers for a buffer. This makes it not only tolerable, but amazing. I still get a massage but not the pain. We both love the heated feature. Warmth feels so nice. We love that it is easy to use and portable. My husband sometimes uses it at his desk while working from home and I put it on the end of my recliner while watching movies. This would make a great gift or a nice gadget to add to a spa box for at home spa days. I recommend!

Nice, value foot massager
This is a very nice foot massager. I have it under my at home office chair. With neuropathy, my feet hurt a lot and massages can sometimes be painful. This one is the best I've found. It massaged my feet really well and worked out some of the more painful spots. The kneading took a little while to get used to, but after a little bit, I actually started to enjoy it. The heat produced is just enough to warm your feet up without getting too hot. It didn't burn me - maybe it was right around 100 degrees fahrenheit. A few improvements to this massager are needed to get it to a "5 star product". The controls are on the massager itself so if you want to turn it on/off, adjust, etc. you have to bend over to do so. A remote would seemingly be a huge improvement. Or an app controlled option would be my preference. Also, I have tiny feet, size 5 women USD. This massager definitely wasn't designed for this size. I had to move my feet around a lot to get the maximum benefit. I am not sure if there is a way to program foot size either via technology or manually with a spacer, but that would be a huge win for utility, in my opinion.

Works Well, Optional Heat, Not Too Large
I've been using the Sharper Image Foot Massager for a few weeks now, and it's been a great addition to my self-care routine. The rolling massage feature is very soothing. I love that the heat is optional so I am not forced to use it when my feet are already hot and swollen. I like that it has adjustable speeds, so I can customize the intensity of the massage. It's also pretty easy to use and doesn't take up too much space underneath my work desk. The only minor downside is that the foot pockets seem like they would be a bit snug for larger feet. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a relaxing foot massage at home from a well-trusted company. It would also make a great gift. Pros: - Rolling massage is soothing and beneficial for circulation - Optional Heat - Adjustable speeds - Small enough to comfortable keep under a desk - Lightweight enough to move around Cons: - Foot pockets may be snug for larger feet
