Does this come already stuffed or is it vacuum packed for shipping (stuffing/outer shell separate) and needs to be stuffed by the customer?

Comes already stuffed. It was vacuum packed in a bag. Very happy with purchase.

What material is the outer shell made from? My friend is allergic to polyester. Is the plush made of cotton?

Yes it made of cotton, for healthy reasons, we do not recommend that you purchase this product

I’m excited right now! I will receive mine tomorrow night. Hoping it’s real the pic it showing?

Don’t get too excited:-) The picture is very misleading.
