Must check the closing cap on the top of the fan as it look some sort of laps in attract looks Remote Control: Operating remote control is a little bit confuse without reading instruction on remote. Once switching ON the fan just press OFF button and at next moment press 1 button for about 10-Sec in the remote, you will hear beep sound from fan indicating that fan and remote are paired with each other. Remote Control allows to adjust the speed and turn the fan ON/OFF without getting up, It’s a small feature, but it makes a big difference in daily use. Amazon Service: Amazon’s delivery service was top-notch. The fan arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful.
