Amazon Grocery, Canned Artichoke Hearts, Quartered, 14 Oz

These were very good. Marinated them in Italian dressing for use in salads. They are currently unavailable but I will check back.

UPDATE: I ordered again, this time 8 cans. SIX out of the EIGHT were dented, some a little and a few a lot. (My first order had one badly dented can out of two cans shipped.) The shipping box was not dented at all, so these dents occurred BEFORE being shipped. So, expect dented cans with this product.//Great value! One of the two cans arrived dented (unpadded package), but other than that, I'm very satisfied with quality and price. I make (vegan) artichoke "tuna salad" out of them -- you can hardly tell the difference between it and real tuna!!! Find recipes for that online - super easy! I just bought a bunch more, hopefully without any dents this time.

I used to not be a big fan of artichokes but recently started eating them for the health benefits and I really like them now. I don’t know if it’s the brands but I’m liking these Amazon grocery canned artichoke hearts. The price was less compared to other sellers and also my regular grocery store. Also shipping and delivery was fast and they arrived safely without any dented cans.

These are not salted or spiced, just raw to add or cook with your spices. They're great for a spicy salad or a baked dish like lasagna. You may think they have no flavor, but with salt, the flavor spruces up these Artichoke Hearts. They're good as a raw ingredient, cooked or cold; just add the flavor. There is good vegetable matter for any cook when they're inexpensive to purchase as a chewy type of ingredient. Maybe have them with a little salt, pepper, and shredded cheese on top, baked at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes as a TV snack. Try it, I don't have a toaster oven, I did, but not now, you might like it!

The best I’ve ever had. Assuming because I live in the country in an area that amazon can’t hand deliver is probably why they won’t let me order them any more. I ordered over 30 cans and then they made them unavailable but available for others.

Tastes as good as any I've ever bought in the grocery store! Any of them - low grade or super expensive. I don't think you can go wrong so give these hearts a try and you decide!
