really fab little guitar.
sweet sound. very nice to play and louder than you might expect. doesn't come with a case but a 3/4 padded one fits well. about the same size as a baby martin. narrow neck like a mandolin which takes a little getting used to if you only familiar with acoustic steel guitars. need to remember to change string gauges if you want GDEA as opposed to CGDA.Really lovely instrument and the musical possibilities for traditional and blues is huge!

Blueridge BR-40T Contemporary Series Tenor Guitar
I already have Gibson, Fender and Guild instruments and this Blueridge is easily up to the same standard build quality. Superb sustain, tonality and great playability. I love playing this guitar. Highly recommended!

I'm very pleased with the BR-40T, so much so that my next guitar will also be a Blueridge.

Great tenor guitar
Fantastic tenor guitar for the money. Set mine up with 13 20w 30w 45w strings for GDAE tuning and it sounds just great!

Amazingly good quality
My husband and I are musicians, and we know quality instruments. We decided to take a risk and buy this guitar on Amazon, and we are incredibly pleased with the quality of this instrument! Nicely set up, very playable, and an excellent tone. Extremely good craftsmanship.

Fantastic guitar
I was a bass player long ago and just an amateur at that. I am used to 4 strings and always just wanted to play a little guitar around the fire etc. Just couldn't catch on to six strings. I started playing cigar box 3 strings and was having a ball with them. I like playing blues and bluesy rock. I bought this tenor being just 1 more string I thought I could learn it. I probably use this guitar differently then most would.I dropped some heavier strings on it and tuned it to open G.My tuning is G D G B. It sounds fantastic and I was quickly playing everything I learned on cigar box guitar but with much richer sound and more options for chords. I haven't put it down and my fingers hurt from playing it to death. It's a very well made instrument and well worth what they get for it. I looked at the Ibanez version and it isn't even close to this one for fit finish and playability. Can't think of anything even knit picky wrong with it. It was even set up nice right out of the box.Well done.

Pleased
I am very very happy with this guitar. It had been played before but the finish is perfect as far as I can see. Very high quality instrument at a much reduced price and it came with a very nice gig bag that I was not expecting.

Gute Verarbeitung, guter Klang.
Die Gitarre ist tadellos verarbeitet, das Setup ist in Ordnung. Ich spiele sie in GCEA Stimmung (z.B. Ukulele) und freue mich über den sehr durchsetzungsfähigen Klang der Stahlsaiten.
