Sehr zu empfehlen - Lecker, löst sich sehr gut auf
Für mich das Beste Elektrolyt. Hatte früher öfters Kopfschmerzen nach dem Biken oder Joggen. Bei einer Ausfahrt im Pfälzer Wald hat mir ein Tourguide das Isostar Elektrolyt empfohlen. Seither habe ich nach dem Sport keine Kopfschmerzen und keine Krämpfe mehr. Beim biken etwas Pulver in die Flasche. Beim Laufen direkt danach ein großes Glas mit Pulver trinken. Schmeckt lecker und löst sich sehr gut auf.

Great isotonic drink
I've been using Isostar since I started doing competitive sports over 30 years ago. I always find it refreshing with little to no aftertaste in my mouth (especially with the grapefruit flavour). No caffeine means I can drink quite a lot of it, without heart palpitation or problems with sleep. :)
