I do like this sleeve for the ease of 'icing' and injury - super easy to use; convenient resealable wrapper to store in freezer. Cold lasts a long time - haven't used for heat therapy as we don't have a microwave. Well designed and construction. My only caution would be to really double check SIZE chart - i should have ordered a small/medium - but I really needed it for an injury right now! So im using the Large size and then needing to wrap a towel around to hold in place. I may just exchange for correct size because I know I will use this over and over! It can be used on several limbs/joints because it has 'stretch' - so this is a great feature. Again - Good Quality Construction is a real plus. And mostly; it actually does what its supposed to do - for a long while (heat/cold therapy) simplify treatment

Whether you use these as a sleeve or just a cold pack, these are awesome. They stay cold for a while. Keep the packagers these come in. They have to stay stored in those to remain effective.

These were purchased for my boys. They are multiple sport athletes. They allow them to move a bit while icing after workouts/games. Could not recommend these more!!!

Love having these in our freezer and ready for action daily. With a house full of very active people everyone has something wrong with them daily.
