Very sturdy and great for all!
We bought this for our 4 teenage boys to use, they sure love it! Very comfortable and easy to use. Seems to be very sturdy. Time will tell with 4 boys using it LOL They all like all the added features it offers as well. The incline of the bench is very nice so your not always stuck flat. Very easy to put together as well, took only 30 mins
