Easy to use, no blood required!

Comprehensive sensitivity/intolerance test kit easy to administer as all that's required is a few strands of hair with the root, I'm not sure what you'd do if you were bald though. The results arrived in a few days via email and were quite interesting as it can give you an idea of what foods you may be best avoiding which you can experiment with in the future, the report is 62 pages long but much of it is to explain more about the details of the different categories.I like how the results are colour coded red/amber/green. In my case the red items were coix seed, dates, maize flour, black olives, oranges and soya bean. Some of the amber items were sesame seed, courgette, chamomile tea, barley and tequila and vodka surprisingly though I rarely drink alcohol. I also have a nylon sensitivity which is useful to know.I would say this test would be interesting to anyone who is mindful of their health and wanted a simple starting point to identify some possible things to avoid in your diet and on that basis I would recommend trying it.

Very interesting

I have had a few digestive problems over the last few years so I was very interested to do this sensitivity test.Firstly it was extremely simple to do. I just pulled out a few hairs on back of my head placed them in the bags and sent them in the envelope provided,in a normal post box. The results came back very quickly and I have a very comprehensive 62 page report. The report explains everything in detail, there is quite a lot of additional information apart from the results but this is obviously needed to explain the results properly. For example the report includes different food groups, vitamins, gut biomes etc.A few years ago I made a food diary to see if I could find out what was causing my tummy aches. I then eliminated certain foods that I thought were causing me issues. Since doing my food diary I have cut down massively on potatoes as these seemed to upset my tummy and potatoes showed up as a red sensitivity on this report, which corresponds with what I thought. Mandarins also seem to be a problem for me and they too appeared as a red sensitivity. There were a couple of vitamins that I seem to be lacking so I will definitely try to increase these through my food which is really useful to know. Interestingly it also showed me having a high sensitivity to several E numbers. The only thing I would have liked in the report is some examples as to what these E numbers are and what foods they are in. It does provide you with a link to be able to research this so I will do this at a later date. I don't eat many processed foods but if I do have too much processed food I tend to feel tired and lethargic and sometimes have headaches so this would also seem to correspond. In conclusion I found this sensitivity test very simple to do and very interesting. I would mention, I did go to my GP to have tests before doing the food diary and would not rely purely on this report but it was definitely very interesting. It's currently priced £39.99 which seems to be reasonably priced to me.
