Puffy eye lids sit directory on my short eyelashes, will it work?

Hi Az, I'm not sure what you mean by having puffy eyelids. If you are seriously sensitive to things on or around your eyes, it's better to just stay away from mascara products in general. But if you are just saying you have short eyelashes, this product works fantastic for adding length and volume to short lashes. Instructions and contact info are on the packaging. Is this for bottom lashes too?

Hi Katie, you can definitely use it for bottom lashes too. Brushes on like mascara.

it is for sensitive eyes?

I have extremely sensitive eyes and I cannot use this product.

Is this product approved by any regulatory agency as it claims being non toxic while not used on animals and claims to help grow natural lashes growth

This product is made in China, a country that requires Animal Testing on ALL beauty products so any claims on not testing on animals are false. Even brands that are made in the US and don't undergo Animal Testing here must go through Animal Testing in order to be sold in China and as such cruelty free programs and apps will not list those brands (MAC is one such brand that doesn't test here in the US but must be tested there in order to be sold). You can check the "Cruelty Free" app for a list of brands or "Cruelty Cutter" to scan by barcode once you have a product (or before you buy in a shop).
