This kit made it much easier to clean my entire machine in a small amount of time. The instructions are simple and this cleaner DOES NOT SMELL like vinegar or other strong smelling chemicals. Funny thing- I didn’t realize my Keurig had a descale mode until I used this cleaning kit! Great product- worth the price!

This system works well. My first cup after cleaning had a bitter taste. I may have missed a rinse cycle. Highly recommend!

I live in California and our water is very hard. Full of minerals. We get a lot of calcification. Anyway, I am afraid I am not particularly good about descaling my Keurig K40, which I got handed down from someone else. But I do try by filtering all water. So, recently, I began hearing droning sounds from the machine and it would not take in any new water and it would not put out much or any water. So I researched YouTube, found some helpful videos and tried a number of different solutions involving paper clips, and vinegar, and turkey basters, and a number of other things. I took the machine apart and pinched the water pump. Little by little, I got some vinegar going through. Then more. Then some water. And I got some coffee the next morning. But I still wasn't convinced I really cleaned it out. So I bought this kit and followed the directions carefully. At first things got worse, but I think that's because this treatment loosened up even more of the junk that has been clogging up my machine. I continued nursing it and shaking it and begging it to make it. Finally, it began responding well and water that was once full of sediment and old grounds was now running clean. This morning all was well and it was making great coffee again. Now I am committed to using this system to clean the machine every 3 months, as is recommended. I have it set up as a repeating event on my iPhone calendar along with filter replacement, etc. So give this stuff a chance. It is unique and it is effective. You just may have to work at it more if your machine was really clogged or neglected.

This does everything it claims. I was amazed at how much gunk it cleaned out. And my coffee tasted much better. Be sure to follow the directions and it’s a snap.

Bought this hoping it would work great, instead every time I tried to run the descaling solution with the pink jet washer in, it stopped brewing after about 3 seconds and just stalled. After I took it out, the keurig resumed brewing normally. I wasted 15 dollars on this product.
