Why doesn't the mat stick to my tub? It would not stick properly on textured, tiled, or uneven surfaces.

This mat is designed for smooth clean non-textured surfaces only. For proper adhesion • Make sure the surface is completely clean&free of soap/oil • Slightly wet the surface before installation • Press firmly across mat to activate all suction cups

What should I do if the mat doesn’t stick at all?

Please follow these steps Clean the tub surface thoroughly. Wet the surface slightly. Press each suction cup firmly If suction cups were compressed during shipping, simply soak the mat in warm water for a few minutes to restore flexibility.

Is this mat defective if it doesn't stay in place?

In most cases, this is related to surface compatibility or installation method, not a product defect. Our mat has been tested for adhesion performance on smooth surfaces and meets quality standards.

Can this mat be used on textured or tiled tubs?

No. This product is not suitable for textured, tiled, or uneven surfaces. For best results, please use only on smooth, flat surfaces.
