Tough 1 Youth Nylon Slip-On Stirrup Set

I really liked how easy and simple it was to set these stirrups up. I had looked into buying a saddle for my 4 year old and the prices were pretty much the same for an adult saddle as it was for a child. With these stirrups I'm able to have my son use my older saddles and not have to buy a whole new one. The stirrups felt secure and they are very adjustable which I really liked.

Unfortunately the child I was buying these for was right in between lengths. The buckaroo straps are too short at their longest, but the straps on my regular saddle are too long at their shortest. The straps themselves are good quality and as expected. Appreciate that you can adjust from multiple points.

I ordered this hoping it would help. My sons GF's daughter loves horses and wants to ride when they come to visit, but I don't have a saddle she can comfortably learn to use her legs. She is petite for a 7 year old but these stirrups were still too short for her. Had to return them.

Worked well on all saddles. Barrel saddle, old western pleasure saddle, and a high (bear trap) pamel saddle. I do wish they were a bit longer there was a big gap between the shortest my stirrups could go and the longest these could go

I'd actually give it a 4.5. The stirrups are really nice. The only negative is that they don't stay tight. I'm constantly pulling them as short as they will go. Maybe they will stay put once I can lengthen them a bit. I'm surpised they aren't able to go shorter. They are still too long for my 4-year-old and he's been riding since he was 2 in a little 12" hunt saddle. He'll have to wait a little longer to be a cowboy.

These will be great when my daughter can reach the stirrup. They are definitely shorter than the ones on her saddle but still not short enough for a 3 year old that is in the 85% for height. I am a bit disappointed about that but the product itself is nice. I am hoping they will be ok in a few more months as she grows.

These are almost too short for my 6yr old fully extended but are still better than trying to jack my stirrups super high. They fit my 4yr old perfect and should for a few more years. This was exactly the product I was looking for.

Very high quality buddy stirrups that our instructor approves off. They can be adjusted down to 16 inches for our 5.5 year old.
