This is a really cool laptop. And a nice one. I actually purchased for my older sister, to replace a 1k Dell I had bought her several years ago. I paid $299.00. And I was able to migrate all of her stuff from the old onto the new Nimo in no time at all. I say I, but I didn't really have to do squat. And the interactive AI is absolutely surreal. My sister and dog Ollie, as well as myself were conversing with what seemed like a real person, even talking to Ollie. It's fast, sleek, highly functional. Has great screen resolution. Backlit keyboard. And feels to be very well made. Although I didn't check myself, I don't believe the specs said anything about Touchscreen. I'll check and update my review next time I go over. But after just having purchased a new HP with the Primary difference being 64gig of Ram and 2TB of SSD, mine has touchscreen, but not backlit keyboard. And although I need the speed and space. I honestly think in retrospect I would have gone with a higher model of the Nimo for myself had I known of them at the time. Another really cool aspect is the charger. Same type you use to charge your phone and tablet with. And then there's the warranty. These guys are going to wind up owning the market share given enough time. The Bluetooth on it connected lickety split. The Wi-Fi connected in with nothing more than just a press of the WPS button on the router. Didn't even need the Pass Code. If you're kids need a Laptop, I would recommend this hands down. If you need one, and store a lot of photos, music or use it for work then I'd go up a notch. A bit more Ram. Maybe more hard drive. Great warranty. So far I'm very impressed by this American Company.

I am not a IT tech but I have learned quite a bit over the yrs about computers and even rebuilt several so I feel I have a good grasp of what to look for when shopping around. I have always upgraded and maintained our own until now due to Windows 11. That said as stated in other reviews this is NOT a gaming computer, however for the average user it is more than enough. I was quite surprised by the quality of such a small unknown company and this lap top has lots of great features. The screen quality is good. The keyboard had a nice feel to it and I love that it has the numbers pad. I noticed last night that the fish on the cover even illuminates which was a surprising detail even though it has nothing to do with the function. I looked at lots of different laptops and finally settled on this one for an upgrade from our 13 yr old laptops. The N100 processor is better than the N45 or even N95 that other top brands like Lenovo have. It also came with the same or more RAM than the other too brands and the 1TB drive over the 512GB drives is a no Brainer. I have found no real negative with this laptop. There are several independent reviews online and all were positive. I also found out that this is an American company and been around about 13 yrs. In the system info of the OS they also post their contact info and with a 2 yr warranty I am pleased with my purchase. I got the Space Grey and I got my wife the Rose gold. Both very nice. Lastly I experienced none of the issues in the negative reviews, although the unit will get warm when doing a lot of processes. It doesn't have a fan so that contributes to this, similar to a tablet. I've held my connection and just updated to Windows 11 H24 (it came with the H23 version and that will no longer be supported come November) and had no issues updating. Very pleased with my purchase!!

After my granddaughter dropped my old laptop and one of wires was wonky I needed a new laptop fast for school. I hate to spend money on myself, so I was searching for a laptop that would accommodate school, be fast and reliable but would do what I need. This is exactly what I’m looking for. With 16GB RAM it’s super fast, runs all my Microsoft programs without an issue. 1TB of storage is more than I’ll ever fill. The graphics are wonderful and the setup took no time at all. The battery lasts me longer than I need to have it unplugged and I’ve noticed no overheating when I’m using it all day. Between work and school I’m on the computer 12 hours a day and have had no issues. The WiFi connected as soon as I put the password on and there’s been no lag with multiple screens open. I love that this is from a small family owned business and at least partially assembled in the US. This is perfect. The rose gold is super pretty and I love the fish symbol on it. It’s perfect for a busy nursing director who is finishing a masters degree. Love it. Oh and it’s faster than my HP ever was.

I LOVED this laptop. It is not as pink as in the picture more like a silver until lighting hits it. The reason I give it 4 out of 5 is only because I bought it for just sims 4. With mods and Cc alone it took up my one drive space but before it took it all up it would work pretty fast loading screens weren’t long it didn’t get very hot unless I was playing for a while and it was plugged in. But once I downloaded my packs that’s when it started to not work for me. It would take 5-7 min to load in and then to even do certain things I’d have to wait so not the best computer for sims 4. But if I need a computer for school or work I’d 100% recommend getting this everything was so smooth and loaded fast working 2-3 screens was easy. It just didn’t work for my needs.

This has been a very nice, functional laptop. Love the backlit keyboard. Can't think of a thing to complain about. I just recently had trouble getting it to power up, and after trying a few different things realized that there was probably a short in the power port and that the port had loosened up. This was probably because I plugged and unplugged it a lot because that was what I thought I was supposed to do once it was fully powered. I had no problem in contacting their technical support team, and they immediately emailed me a label to send it in for repair. Their customer support was very polite and corresponded with me very promptly, even during the repair process. My only complaint was the length of time the laptop was kept for a minor repair, since they repair first come, first served. Was away for about a month. But it was repaired properly and returned in good working order. I am grateful for the 2-year warranty, and I won't be continuously plugging and unplugging the power cord from now on. You will love the everyday use of this laptop.

I was looking for something out of the norm and so I decided to try this brand, especially seeing that they are trying to bring the manufacturing of these products back to the US where it should be. I also wanted something simple yet functional and not too expensive. Thankfully I found out about this and decided why not. Let's give it a shot and boy am I happy with it. Got a beautiful rose gold color. Works very well. Has good sound quality. Easy to use. It's also a pretty good size. Not too big but not too small. It's that really good, healthy medium. I'm glad I discovered this brand and didn't go for the more mainstream ones that usually tend to have a lot of problems and contradictory information.

Okay so I’m giving this a 3/5 stars and I’m going to explain why. What earned the 3 stars would definitely be the color, the feeling of the keyboard, the functionality, and overall just the speed on the laptop. Don’t get me wrong it’s a very fast laptop, it’s just VERY slow when it comes to games. I had mixed thoughts about this laptop when I first seen it because of course I did my own research and seen that people loved this for Sims 4 while others absolutely hated it. I knew buying this would probably be a 50/50 and unfortunately I was one of the few that didn’t like it because it lagged and would freeze. I did use mods, but I also tried without and it was the same issue. Not to mention, it’d overheat which probably played a big role into why it was freezing. Overall if you’re using this for school, I recommend it just because of the battery life, screen size and how fast it runs on browser, but anything else like light gaming, I wouldn’t recommend. Another thing is I did request a refund, not through Amazon itself because they will unfortunately charge you a restocking fee. I reached out to the company directly and they’re VERY considerate and understanding, asked me a few questions about why I was returning and took notes, probably to make improvements on their next model. I received the shipping label from them within an hour and was able to take it back the next day. It is 4 days out out of the 7 day wait period for my refund so hopefully soon I get it!

Right out of the box, I plugged it in and the user-friendly download of Windows 11 began. It walked me through every step. I'm replacing a 4-year-old Asus VivoBook. The Asus also had a backlit keyboard, but it was pretty useless. This NIMO is a genuine functioning backlit keyboard, lit below a dark black keyboard. I ordered the rose gold color, and it's just beautiful, very understated. I usually have multiple tabs open, and I'm playing online poker at the same time I'm browsing the web. This new NIMO does this effortless. If you have OneDrive installed, it makes it very simple to transfer all your folders and files from one laptop to the new one. My one and only complaint is the sound from the speakers. It's 'tin' sounding. That doesn't matter to me because I really don't listen to music on my laptop. Again, I can't believe how easy everything was to install, including my antivirus. It's a wonderful laptop and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good value for a really great little laptop. I even love how the fingerprint sensor is off to the upper left corner of the touchpad. I also like the power cord connection on the left side of the machine since the power outlet I'm using is on my left. I had to string it around my legs to plug into the Asus which has the power connection on the right side. Buy this one, you will not be sorry.

Very pleased with the Nimo 15.6” Windows 11, 1TB SSD computer. Have spent the week setting it up, transferring all of my documents, video and pictures from my desktop computer, while also setting up my various browsers, and installing necessary software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc). Very pleased. Bought the computer for $449, which is a steal of a deal.

Its cute but the touchpad stopped working after 3 months and I've done everything google has told me to do and it's still not working
