Only way to go in my opinion is cast-iron
Love my cast-iron pan love it because it’s purple. The handles are great. It’s so durable. It doesn’t stick goes in the dishwasher and washes up beautifully.

Great Quality Dutch Oven !
This is my second Crock Pot dutch oven. My first one , was purchased at Macy's, which I've owned for 8 years, never chipped. Looks still new! Of course, with proper care :) Glad they offered a black one with gold knob. Elevates and adds a modern look to my kitchen. I wouldn't buy any other Dutch oven pot. Only Crock Pot brand as they are the first to bring out the slow cooker appliance!

Highly recommend!
The Crock-Pot Artisan 7-Quart Round European Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven with Lid has been a long overdue addition to my kitchen, and I could not be happier with it. It is sturdy, cooks beautifully, and is the perfect size for making hearty, delicious meals. I use it often, and everything comes out great. I honestly wish I would have had one a long time ago. If you are thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it.

Good quality excellent cooking experience
Wife has been asking for a crockpot lol She didn’t think it was funny. First enameled cast iron cookware purchase. The price was very attractive which is why I took a chance.. This dutch oven is great. Going to retire my grandma’s old pot. I am impressed and looking at other cookware options. Not sure what the difference is between this and the $300+ “brand name” versions. Maybe the enamel wears faster? Well I am very satisfied with the quality of Crockpot so far.

Dimensions of Le Creuset
The slate gray 7qt was the cheapest at the time I bought so that's what I went with -- it's quite lovely! It's tinged with a muted blue. Not as pretty as the pistachio green one I WOULD have bought were it not 50% more expensive at the time! It arrived intact and I've been using it regularly for over a year. There are some light marks in the enamel where I used a steel potato masher to crumble meat for red sauces. It wasn't a pro move, but the enamel is still intact. Pot has the dimensions of a Le Creuset, almost exactly: large, flat cooking surface at the bottom, generous handles, dimpled lid. I absolutely love it. If you get one that's been kicked around the warehouse by someone who's late every day, just send it back and get another one. Chances are that person will be gone by the time your new one ships.

Original style non electric crock pot like grandma had.
It’s heavy cast iron, and cleans very easily. The box it came in was subpar as the enamel was chipped. Doesn’t hurt the function of the pot, and I think I may need to purchase a better knob for the lid as it won’t tighten enough to keep from coming loose.

Beauty
Easy to use. Careful when you are cleaning the bottom of it. Do not use metal utensils or metal clean-ware. Food comes out amazing and doesn’t stick to it. Love this pot!

Awesome for sourdough! (Im a novice baker)
I bought this primarily for sourdough baking and it has worked extremely well so far. It feels heavy, solid, and durable, which helps with even heat retention during baking. The build quality inspires confidence that it will last a long time. I also like the look of it—it’s clean and presentable enough to leave out on the counter (however its pretty big). While I’ve mainly used it for sourdough, it’s versatile enough that I can see it being useful for other dishes as well. I will say mine showed up with a chip but amazon was very quick to rectify the problem!

Impressive
I had been looking for a dutch oven for a while now, I felt it might be the missing link in my bread making journey, so after mixed success I decided to buy one. I was looking at 5 quart pots but thought they might be a bit small for me so a 6 quart was my sweet spot.I ended up going for the Tefal 6 quart but then I realised I would have to wait 3 weeks to get it in. Being impatient , as I am , I searched for another solution , then after much research I settled on the Crock Pot brand by Sunbeam . The only problem was I had to go with a 7 quart which is about 6.6 litres. This was right on my price point.I didn't want to go ultra cheap and I didn't want to pay a premium because it was made in France and after all, is the brand name going to make much difference in cooking performance with an inert object of the same design and characteristics. The pot arrived nicely packaged and with no damage a nice bright red. It is made of cast iron and enamel and is manufactured for Sunbeam in China . The edge of the pot where the lid meets the edge of the pot is bare iron which makes sense as there will be friction and continued lifting and dropping could lead to an enamel edge breaking. The handles are nice and wide and you can get a good grip on them .The lid carries dimples which helps spread the condensation evenly when it drops back into whatever you are cooking.I have seen this design on pressure cookers . My first use of the pot was making a sour dough bread. Unfortunately mine was too hydrated , so was hard to form, none the less I used some cooking paper and lifted it into the pot. I placed it in the oven set at 230C The pot itself heated up very quickly and after 25 minutes I lifted the lid to see that my bread had risen .I left the lid off for another 15 minutes and then removed the bread which actually turned out a lot better than many of my previous attempts before I had bought this pot. All in all I can see many uses for this pot from slow cooking to braising . It is heavy and feels like quality coming with a limited Life time warranty ,which basically means if it is faulty or breaks in normal use without the operator causing the problem you will be able to make a warranty claim.

Crock pot
The crock pot is great. Worth the money that’s for sure. I also like the colour. Since I’ve had it I cooked a pork roast and a beef roast. It’s good for me because I have COPD. The heat takes my breath away. With this crockpot I can cook the whole dinner in one pot. The meals I have cooked in it so far have been cooked perfectly.
