Will one bin hold 25 kg of icing sugar

Ooh, not sure, we have used it for 16 kg of strong white flour which we left in the bag and struggled to close the lid initially. Had we have taken the flour out of the bag I dare say we could have got maybe another couple of kilos but I doubt we’d have managed 25. Obviously that is flour and not icing sugar. Hope that helps?

Is the bucket made of BPA free plastic?

I don’t think so...I use it to store chicken food and it’s good quality.
